Job Summary
Retail Greeter responsible for providing exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, assisting with inquiries, and creating a positive store atmosphere. Duties include guiding customers to product locations, promoting brand promotions to drive engagement and sales, supporting merchandisers, handling occasional cash transactions at the point of sale, maintaining displays, ensuring carts are organized, and contributing to a safe, pleasant shopping experience. Collaborates with Sales Team and Brand Managers to support brand campaigns and helps resolve customer comments or inquiries as needed. May be involved in recording responsibilities and assisting with day-to-day store operations to keep the sales floor visually appealing and hazard-free.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Preferably one year of work experience
- Basic understanding of the retail industry
- Self-motivated team player with professional demeanor and good communication skills
