Job Summary
Execute club services including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments while diagnosing issues with shafts, grips, and heads. Perform front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift card redemptions, and promotion management to drive sales. Maintain premier merchandise presentation and ensure all equipment and supplies remain operational. Document repair orders accurately in the Golf & Tennis Services App and provide clear communication regarding repair options, costs, and timelines. Keep the Club Services Desk and surrounding areas clean and professional. Maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience
