Job Summary
Execute all Club Services including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments while diagnosing club issues and providing clear repair options. Perform front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift card redemptions, and loyalty program awards. Maintain premier merchandise presentation and clean, operational service areas using the Golf & Tennis Services App to document repair orders and track progress. Engage every customer to build lasting relationships and promote upcoming promotions. Maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience
