Job Summary
Execute all Club Services including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments, and front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and promotions. Assess and diagnose club issues to determine repair options, then document service orders accurately through the Golf & Tennis Services App. Maintain a premier merchandise presentation and ensure all equipment and supplies remain operational while keeping the Club Services Desk clean and professional. Engage every customer to build lasting relationships, communicate repair costs and timelines clearly, and promote upcoming merchandising promotions. Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational opportunities. Maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience
