Job Summary
Execute all Club Services including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments while diagnosing club issues to determine necessary repairs. Perform front-end operations such as processing returns, exchanges, gift card redemptions, and applying loyalty program awards and promotions. Maintain a premier merchandise presentation in the Club Services Desk and surrounding areas to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Document service orders accurately through the Golf & Tennis Services App to support inventory management and track work progress. Provide clear communication regarding repair options, costs, and timelines to customers, ensuring all equipment and supplies remain operational. Maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, adhering to safety and ethical conduct standards across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Candidates must have strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must be able to communicate cross-functionally
- Candidates must possess basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidates should demonstrate strong self-accountability and a proactive drive for results
