Job Summary
Execute all Club Services including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments while diagnosing club issues and documenting repair orders in the Golf & Tennis Services App. Manage front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions to maintain premier merchandise presentation and drive sales. Engage every customer to offer world-class service, clearly communicate repair options and costs, and foster lasting relationships. Keep all service and front-end areas operational, clean, and stocked, while providing consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on merchandising opportunities. Maintain a culture of safety, ethical conduct, and compliance across departments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Candidates must have strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must be able to communicate cross-functionally
- Candidates must possess basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidates should demonstrate strong self-accountability
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive drive for results
