Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience at Dick's Sporting Goods. Maintain merchandising standards, floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment; promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment); adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies; contribute to an inclusive, respectful store environment; support team with a flexible, all-hands-on-deck approach; perform tasks as assigned by management; prior retail and golf experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Golf industry experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
