Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate

Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs while promoting loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality and fostering an inclusive environment. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail experience is preferred, with golf industry knowledge a plus. Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting items up to 35 lbs occasionally.
