Job Summary
Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate at DICK’S Sporting Goods engages customers with a welcoming approach, applies in-depth product knowledge to support shopping experiences, upholds merchandising and floor-set standards, promotes company programs (loyalty, warranty, credit enrollment), adheres to safety and loss prevention policies, and contributes to an inclusive store environment. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Golf industry experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours)
