Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs and support their experience. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality and foster an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail experience is preferred, with a focus on golf industry knowledge and physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive motions.
