Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support shopping experiences; maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, pricing, inventory presentation and replenishment; promote programs such as loyalty enrollment, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment; follow policies on safety and loss prevention; contribute to an inclusive store environment and collaborate with teammates to support store operations and customer service; role emphasizes standing for long periods, physical merchandising tasks, and in-store customer assistance; prior retail or golf-industry experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Golf industry experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours)
