Job Summary
Conduct golf club repairs including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments while performing club fittings and performance modifications. Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and manage workflow for all customer services to meet turn-around times. Promote company programs such as Warranty Sales and Scorecard, and manage golf service supply inventory by tracking shop usage. Complete and organize customer work orders, maintain merchandise presentation standards, and uphold safety and loss prevention policies. Work extended periods standing or walking while adhering to recovery and cleanliness standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
