Job Summary
Perform golf club repairs including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments while executing club fittings and performance modifications. Manage customer service workflows to establish turn-around times, provide product recommendations, and promote warranty sales and scorecard programs. Track shop usage for golf service supply inventory, organize customer work orders, and maintain merchandise presentation and cleanliness standards. Adhere to safety policies, loss prevention procedures, and confidentiality requirements while supporting the team across the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
