Job Summary
Perform golf club repairs including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft and lie adjustments. Conduct club fitting and performance modifications using specialized equipment. Manage workflow for customer services by establishing turn-around times and provide product recommendations based on customer needs. Track shop usage for golf service supply inventory and organize all customer work orders. Maintain merchandise presentation standards on the sales floor and adhere to safety, loss prevention, and cleanliness policies. Work extended periods standing or walking while lifting items up to 35 lbs occasionally. Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
