Job Summary
Retail Generalist Associate II at Goodwill of Colorado in Castle Rock. Back-up across departments including donation processing, pricing, merchandising, inventory, and sales floor duties; handles cash registers and POS transactions; ensures store is well-stocked, organized, and clean; processes E‐Commerce items; provides customer service with an Attitude of Gratitude; may operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift or related equipment; requires ability to stand, lift up to 75 lbs, and work varied schedules including weekends/evenings/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year of retail, product placement, or merchandising experience is desired
- One (1) year of cash handling is preferred
- Able to obtain certification in all employee positions through OJT documentation
- Able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification (walkie stacker/forklift)
