Job Summary
Visionworks General Manager leads a service-driven team to maximize store profitability while ensuring a simple, human patient and customer journey from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup. Responsibilities include driving financial and performance goals, engaging with the Doctor on business needs, planning daily operations, hiring and coaching store associates, removing obstacles in the patient experience, and leading broad operational activities to meet financial and customer experience targets.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Three (3) or more years of related experience
- Optical management experience preferred
- Licensed State Opticians License (GM)
