Responsibilities include maximizing store profitability, engaging with doctors, planning daily operations, hiring and coaching associates, removing obstacles in the patient/customer journey, and leading broad operational activities to meet financial and customer-experience targets.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Three (3) or more years of related experience required
- Licensed GMs must have a current State Opticians License
