Retail General Manager

Manage store profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while leading a service-driven team through the patient journey from appointment to pickup. Prepare daily operations by coordinating incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Hire, train, coach, and support store associates to ensure excellence in their respective roles. Remove obstacles and resolve issues within the patient/customer experience as needed. Lead and execute all broad operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience targets. Engage regularly with doctors to address business needs, associate performance, and patient experience.
