Manage store profitability and execute broad operational activities by setting financial goals, preparing daily schedules for traffic and doctor appointments, and engaging regularly with the Doctor on business needs. Lead, train, and coach store associates to ensure a flawless patient and customer journey from appointment to eyewear pickup while removing obstacles and resolving experience issues as needed.
