Retail General Manager

Maximize store profitability by setting and exceeding financial and performance goals while managing incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Engage regularly with the Doctor to address business needs, associate performance, and the patient/customer journey from appointment to pickup. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure a flawless experience, removing obstacles and resolving issues as they arise. Lead and execute all broad operational activities to meet store goals, maintaining a simple, human, and bold customer journey. Requires a current State Opticians License for licensed GMs, three years of related experience, and optical management experience preferred.
