Job Summary
Visionworks General Manager leads store profitability and manages a service-driven team to ensure a simple, human and bold patient and customer journey from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup. Responsible for maximizing store profitability without compromising patient/customer experience, regularly engaging with the Doctor to discuss business needs, planning daily operations, and hiring, training, coaching, and developing store associates to ensure excellent patient/customer experiences. Oversees all broad operational activities to meet the store's financial and customer experience goals, removing obstacles as needed.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Three (3) or more years of related experience required
- Optical management experience preferred
