Retail General Manager

Maximize store profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while managing daily operations, including incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Engage regularly with the Doctor to address business needs, associate performance, and the patient journey from appointment to pickup. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure excellence in customer service, while removing obstacles and resolving issues in the patient experience. Lead and improve all broad operational activities to meet store targets. This role requires three years of related experience, with optical management experience preferred. Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $58,656 to $72,840, including vision coverage, paid time off, and milestone awards.
