Retail General Manager

Lead Visionworks store operations as General Manager, driving profitability while ensuring a simple, human, and bold patient and customer journey from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup. Manage a service-driven team to maximize store profitability without compromising patient/customer experience. Engage with the Doctor on business needs, plan daily operations, oversee traffic, appointments, and eyewear services, and hire/train/develop staff to ensure an exceptional patient/customer experience. Oversee broad operational activities to meet the store's financial and customer-experience goals and remove obstacles in the patient/customer journey as needed.
