Retail General Manager

Maximize store profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while managing incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Engage regularly with doctors to address business needs, associate performance, and patient experience. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure a flawless customer journey from appointment to pickup. Remove obstacles and resolve issues in the patient experience as needed. Lead and improve all broad operational activities to meet store objectives. This role requires a smart, business-savvy self-starter with at least three years of related experience, preferably in optical management. Full-time positions offer a competitive salary range of $58,656 to $70,768.36, plus benefits including vision coverage, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) plan.
