Maximize the store's profitability by setting and exceeding financial and performance goals while managing incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Engage regularly with the Doctor to touch base on business needs, associates, and patient/customer experience. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure a flawless journey from appointment to pickup, removing obstacles and resolving issues as needed. Lead and execute all broad operational activities to meet store goals.
