Job Summary
Retail General Manager at Visionworks leading store profitability and the patient/customer journey. Oversees a service-driven team, manages doctor appointments and eyewear services, drives financial and performance goals, hires/trains/coaches associates to ensure a flawless patient/customer experience, removes obstacles, and leads broad operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals. Requires HS Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), optical management experience (License required for GM in scope). Emphasizes leadership, profitability, staff development, and commitment to DE&I.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three (3) or more years of related experience required
- Optical management experience preferred
- Licensed GMs must have a current State Opticians License
