Retail General Manager

Manage store profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while leading a service-driven team to ensure a seamless patient journey from appointment to pickup. Prepare daily operations by coordinating incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to perform with excellence, removing obstacles and resolving issues in the customer experience as needed. Lead and execute all broad operational activities to meet store objectives. Engage regularly with doctors to address business needs, associate performance, and patient experience. This role requires a smart, business-savvy self-starter with at least three years of related experience, preferably in optical management. Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $58,656 to $70,768.36.
