Job Summary
Retail General Manager at Visionworks leads store operations and profitability while delivering a simple, human, and bold patient/customer journey from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup. Responsibilities include maximizing store profitability without sacrificing patient experience, regular engagement with doctors to address business needs, planning and managing daily workflow and traffic, hiring, training, coaching, and developing store associates, removing obstacles in the patient experience, and leading all operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals. Preferred qualifications include optical management experience and a Bachelor’s degree; licensed GMs must hold a current State Opticians License. Required Qualifications

- Three (3) or more years of related experience required
