Job Summary
Visionworks General Manager leads a service-driven team to ensure a simple, human and bold patient and customer journey from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup. Drives store profitability by setting and exceeding financial and performance goals, engages with the Doctor on business needs, plans daily workflow, hires/trains/develops associates to deliver an exceptional patient/customer experience, removes obstacles in the patient journey, and leads all operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three (3) or more years of related experience
- Optical management experience preferred
- Licensed State Opticians License
