Job Summary
Manage store profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while engaging regularly with doctors to address business needs and patient experience. Prepare daily operations by managing incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure a flawless customer journey from appointment to pickup. Remove obstacles and resolve issues in the patient experience as needed. Lead and improve all broad operational activities to meet store goals. Maximize profitability without compromising the simple, human, and bold patient journey.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) or more years of related experience
