Retail General Manager

Maximize store profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while managing daily operations, including incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Engage regularly with the Doctor to address business needs, associate performance, and the patient/customer journey from appointment to pickup. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure excellence, while removing obstacles and resolving issues within the customer experience. Lead, execute, and improve all broad operational activities to meet store targets. This role requires three years of related experience, with optical management experience preferred, and offers a competitive salary range of $58,656 to $70,768.36 per year.
