Job Summary
Visionworks is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead a service-driven store, drive profitability while preserving patient/customer experience, coordinate with doctors, and manage daily operations. Responsibilities include maximizing store profitability, engaging with the doctor on business needs, planning for daily traffic and eyewear services, hiring/training/coaching associates to deliver an exceptional patient/customer experience, resolving obstacles in the patient/customer journey, and leading broad operational activities to meet financial and customer-experience goals.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Three (3) or more years of related experience required
- Optical management experience preferred
- Licensed State Opticians License required for GMs
