Job Summary
Maximize store profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while managing daily operations, including incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Engage regularly with the Doctor to address business needs, associate performance, and the patient/customer journey from appointment to pickup. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure excellence in service, while removing obstacles and resolving issues within the customer experience. Lead and improve all broad operational activities to meet both financial targets and customer experience standards.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) or more years of related experience
- Current State Opticians License
