Job Summary
Oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant operations, drive sales and profit objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction. Build, coach and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training perspectives. Maintain effective vendor relationships, conduct subordinate meetings, manage inventory, and perform P&L analysis to achieve standards. Flexible schedule required including nights, days, weekends and holidays; focus on sales growth, customer service, cost control and financial accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Experience in driving sales, managing teams, and evaluating inventory
- Strong leadership, coaching and training abilities
- Vendor relationship management
- P&L analysis and budget planning
