Retail General Manager - Trainee

Oversee high-volume Pilot Flying J travel-center and restaurant operations, driving sales and profitability through the development and execution of business plans. Responsibilities include leading and developing teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training, conducting meetings, maintaining vendor relationships, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and performing P&L analysis to meet standards and goals. Candidate must demonstrate integrity, accountability, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
