Job Summary
Generate and execute travel center business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Manage team members through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training while conducting meetings and maintaining effective vendor relationships. Drive sales, track inventory, perform P&L analysis, and ensure customer expectations are met across high-volume retail facilities. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with P&L accountability. Flexible schedule includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $54,300 to $80,750 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
