Job Summary
Drive total sales, services, and operational profit while developing store strategies to increase conversation rates and customer traffic. Manage associate training, talent assessment, and succession planning to foster a customer-first environment. Lead hiring, merchandising, and execution of store standards while resolving customer and associate relations concerns. Partner with business partners, host in-store events for small and medium businesses, and initiate company changes as an active Change Champion. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management and 2–4 years of management experience. The ODP Group operates through an integrated B2B distribution platform and a network of retail stores.
