Job Summary
Retail General Manager at Office Depot/OfficeMax responsible for driving total sales and services in-store, owning training and development, creating customer-centric experiences, and leading store operations. Manages sales performance, coaching, community engagement, merchandising, and execution of company standards; partners with business units on changes and improvement initiatives; develops store strategies to grow traffic, profitability, and brand loyalty through events with SMBs and community engagement. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of management experience; preferred bachelor’s degree in Business/Retail Management. Proficiency with POS systems, strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential.
