Job Summary
Retail General Manager to oversee a high-volume Pilot Flying J travel-center retail operation. Responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction objectives; drive sales; manage and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training; maintain vendor relationships; conduct meetings; perform P&L analysis; and ensure integrity and accountability at the managerial level. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
