Job Summary
Oversee high-volume retail facilities by generating and executing business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Drive sales, manage team members, track inventory, perform P&L analysis, and maintain effective vendor relationships while ensuring customer expectations are met. Build, coach, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training initiatives. Requires minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with P&L accountability and proficiency in high-volume environments. Work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level
- Must demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
