Job Summary
Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Ensure customer expectations are met while conducting meetings with subordinate employees and maintaining effective vendor relationships. Build, coach, and manage teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training processes. Drive sales, manage team members, track inventory, and perform P&L analysis. Work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or service industries with financial result responsibility is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
