Job Summary
Oversee high-volume retail facilities by generating and executing business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Manage team members through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training while conducting meetings and maintaining vendor relationships. Drive sales performance, track inventory, perform P&L analysis, and ensure customer expectations are met. Work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with P&L accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level
- Must demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
