Job Summary
Drive total sales growth and operational profitability by developing store strategies, managing merchandising, and executing company standards. Own associate training, talent assessment, and succession planning while leading performance management and coaching all staff. Resolve customer and associate relations concerns, host in-store events for small businesses, and build community partnerships to drive traffic and retention.
