Job Summary
Lead the retail sales team by example, taking ownership of the sales floor to ensure customer experience is the first priority. Prepare fitting rooms, provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit, and forge lasting relationships by contacting customers for follow-ups and new product invitations. Motivate the team to achieve sales goals in a commission environment while leading daily maintenance, including restocking, visual merchandising, and store opening/closing protocols. Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives and process all product shipments under Regional Manager guidance. Work 8-hour shifts, five days a week, with availability for at least one weekend day.
Required Qualifications
- Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day
- Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts
