Job Summary
Lead the retail sales team by example, ensuring each customer receives a best-in-class experience through insightful product knowledge and honest fitting room feedback. Manage the sales floor and inventory, including processing all shipments, maintaining visual merchandising, and communicating stock needs to support business goals. Motivate the team to achieve sales targets in a commission environment while overseeing daily store operations, from opening and closing protocols to restocking and cleaning. Forge lasting customer relationships by following up on purchases and inviting them to upcoming events. Work 8-hour shifts, five days a week, with at least one weekend day available.
Required Qualifications
- Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day
- Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts
