Job Summary
Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, guiding them through product selections including sofas, bedroom sets, dining furniture, and home accessories. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, pricing, and promotions. Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and post-sale satisfaction while keeping the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
