Job Summary
Retail Store Supervisor at Office Depot with responsibilities including leading sales and customer service excellence, training associates on Technology, Print, and services, utilizing selling programs to promote solutions, driving store performance through coaching and operational efficiency, overseeing loss prevention, and performing opening/closing duties as an External Key Carrier. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; focus on delivering exceptional service, brand alignment with Office Depot 5C values, and driving sales across Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print offerings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years related experience; retail, sales, customer-facing, and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in Technology and Print, including use of relevant equipment and POS systems
- Strong selling, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and train others
