Job Summary
The Retail Store Supervisor at Office Depot is responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service across various offerings, including Technology and Print. This role involves sales excellence, fostering a culture of trust and brand loyalty, and leading training sessions for store associates. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for sales. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required. Responsibilities also include maintaining operational efficiency, loss prevention compliance, and External Key Carrier duties, such as opening and closing the store.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field
- Open availability

- Retail, sales, customer facing, and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in the Technology and Print area
- Demonstrates leadership capabilities
- Strong selling skills

- Ability to coach and train others

- Ability to use technology and print equipment applicable to role
- Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system
