Retail Full Time Store Supervisor

Job Summary
Drive sales and service excellence by fostering trust, educating customers on technology and print offerings, and utilizing communication tools to coordinate store-wide engagement. Lead a high-performing team through ongoing training on the business model, coaching associates on selling techniques, and providing feedback to the General Manager on performance and competencies. Manage operational efficiency by processing merchandise accurately, identifying process improvements, ensuring loss prevention compliance, and executing External Key Carrier duties including opening, closing, cash handling, and alarm activation. Work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs while contributing to increased sales, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience; retail, sales, customer-facing, and/or supervisory experience
- Knowledgeable in Technology and Print, including use of relevant equipment and POS systems
- Strong selling, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and train others
- Comfortable using technology and systems to complete daily responsibilities
- Demonstrates problem-solving, conflict management, time management, and business acumen
- Adaptable, accountable, and able to maintain open availability
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, inclusive of the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must be able to perform External Key Carrier responsibilities which include but are not limited to opening and closing responsibilities
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- coursework in Business, Retail Management, or related field a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years related experience; retail, sales, customer-facing, and/or supervisory experience preferred
