Job Summary
Lead a fearless, confident, and inclusive team at the St. Louis Galleria by upholding brand values and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Partner with Store Leaders to achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives while driving a culture of accountability. Provide training and immediate feedback on customer service models, performance expectations, and operational standards. Maintain visual merchandising standards through coaching based on VM guides and floorsets. Serve as a resource for product knowledge, operational compliance, and global communication. Actively engage guests and VIP members with an experience centered on body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity. Maintain and achieve personal performance targets while approaching business opportunities with urgency. Your work hours will be based on business needs.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail Experience: 1-2 years in high volume retail environment a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate vision and purpose clearly

- Tech-savvy or strong comfort around technology as component of daily responsibilities
- An organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency, stellar time management skills and an acute attention to detail
- Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions
